Un libellé différent

Les registres de la ville de Hull pour le 31 janvier 1909 font état de l'acte de naissance suivant :

«MAC ALLISTER LLOYD GEORGE 

     On the January the 31st, nineteen hundred and nine (1909) at the home of his parents, was born a male child and given the names of Lloyd George.

      The father is George Hamilton Mac Allister and the mother is Sara McVeigh, residing on Tache street, in the city and district of Hull.

     The inscription of said birth shall serve as the official record of said birth.

Dans la marge, on peut lire l'annotation suivante écrite à l'encre rouge :

«1190904612339 A». 

Cette annotation a été faite par le Directeur de l'état civil et fournit la référence à l'information relative au décès de cet enfant ; voir le billet intitulé Certaines annotations marginales du Directeur de l'état civil et daté du 23 juillet 2011.
